4 Dog Dill

4 Dog Dill is our American Havarti-style cheese with a dill twist. 4 lb wheels are encased in yellow cheesewax and aged for a minimum of 60 days. This cheese is named for our 4 farm dogs: Kohl, Buddy, Millie and Ellie. Each sales unit contains one full pound of cheese, vacuum-sealed for freshness. We recommend removing the packaging and storing this cheese in wax paper in your home refrigerator.
